Laura Niles is an actress, director, writer, and small business owner from Los Angeles, California.
Laura made her start in entertainment as a model and actress and joined the Screen Actors Guild in 1997. She has been cast in numerous TV and film roles, notably as the boxing instructor in Californication.
In childhood, Laura would watch late-night talk shows in her bedroom while everyone was asleep, to which she attributes her interest in comedy later on. Laura has performed stand-up comedy at clubs and venues in Los Angeles, including Ice House, Comedy Store, The Improv, and Flappers.
Behind the scenes, Laura has made contributions as a Video Editor and Program Coordinator for IATSE's principal lobbyist, actively involved in the facilitation of AB1839, the Film and TV Tax Credit Incentive program.
Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Southern California.
Expanding her artistic pallet into durable genres, in 2022, Laura opened a gallery of functional art called ShowRoom LA, in San Gabriel, California.. The gallery features collectible furniture pieces and artworks from the late twentieth century to the present.
